Meet Gina
Gina Ellis, Managing Broker, has been successfully helping her clients buy and sell real estate throughout the Flathead Valley for the past 14 years. As an independent investor, Gina started her real estate career by purchasing distressed properties, fixing them up, and selling them for a profit. Through this process, Gina gained first-hand experience on how to buy properties at the best possible price and present an end product that produced the highest possible return. All skills she shares and passes along to her clients now. Gina was nominated for Rookie of the Year during her first year as a real estate agent and held the record at her previous brokerage for the highest volume transaction. Before joining Engel & Völkers Gina was the owner/Broker of a successful independent brokerage. Today, Gina is the managing broker for her brokerage in Whitefish, MT, and is ranked in the top 2% real estate advisors in the nation by Real Trends.
Gina believes in the results that a strong team and wise leadership can deliver, which is why she joined Engel & Völkers. Her goal is to provide her clients with an unprecedented level of service by way of her commitment to excellence in skill, professionalism, marketing, and communication. Gina grew up in the Flathead Valley and has a deep understanding of the different communities and areas that, combined, create it. She truly loves helping her clients discover this special area and find a community that feels like home.
When not at the office or working with clients, Gina can be found spending time with her 4 children, grandchildren, and friends, skiing, hiking, exploring all of Montana, and traveling.
